Rockall Renewables provides a turn-key solution for land owners - from green field site to power generation. Since 2003, we have launched 11 major wind farm developments.


Rockall Renewables has acted as exclusive developer of some of these wind farms and in other cases as co-developers with land owners and communities. We provide land owners with a full package involving:

• Mini scoping report, including indicative wind speeds
• Meet with planners to get an indication of likelihood of project proceeding
• Application for, and installation of, Met Mast


• Main planning application, including EIS
• Investigate grid connection
• Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
• Financing the project
• Construction - construction project is put out to tender

Rockall Renewables provides full logistical services for wind turbine manufacturers (including Vestas, GE, Bonus, Enercon and Nordex) and shippers/freight forwarders supplying turbines to wind farms in Ireland.
