1. What are the dimensions of a standard pallet?
A standard pallet is 1m x 1.2m x 1.9m high, weighing no more than 1000kg.

2. What is the maximum size of consignment I can send?
There is no maximum consignment, we can cater for any amount of pallets.

3. Our company is beginning to export to the U.K. What services can Rockall Logistics provide to us?
The Pallet Network of Ireland is linked with the Pallet Network in the U.K. which has 83 members within the U.K. We can ship pallets to anywhere in the U.K. in 48 hours. We also provide an economy service to the U.K., which will have your pallets delivered in 3 - 4 days.

4. When will my pallets be delivered within Ireland?
We provide a next day delivery service within Ireland

5. Do you offer an early morning delivery?
With Prior Notice we can organise early and timed deliveries.

6. Are my goods covered by goods in transit insurance?
We offer free insurance on all pallets to the value of €7.00 per kg.

7. Can your company cater for unusual loads?
Yes we can cater for all abnormal loads.

8. Do your distribution vehicles have tail-lifts?
Yes all distribution vehicles have a tail-lift.

9. What is the latest booking time for next day delivery?
Any booking made before 12 noon will guarantee delivery the next day.

10.Do you provide warehouse facilities?
Yes we have a 500 square metre warehouse located in Killybegs. We also provide a pick and mix facility. We can distribute your stored freight when needed.
